1. SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the HelpMyCar app and website who request a towing, vehicle transport or roadside assistance service through the platform.

2. ABOUT HELPMYCAR

HelpMyCar is a digital platform that connects customers with independent professional service providers. HelpMyCar does not perform the services itself.

3. REQUESTING A SERVICE

Customers can submit a request through the app. Partner availability may vary depending on location, time, traffic and partner availability.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The price is shown in advance in the app. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered by HelpMyCar. After payment confirmation, the job may be assigned to an available partner.

5. CANCELLATIONS

A customer may cancel before a partner accepts the job. If a partner is already on the way or has started work, cancellation fees may apply.

6. RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTNERS

All services are performed by independent professional partners who are responsible for their permits, insurance, vehicles, employees and legal compliance.

7. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

Any damage caused during a job is the responsibility of the relevant partner. Complaints, claims and disputes should first be handled directly with that partner.

8. USE OF THE PLATFORM

Users may not use the platform for fraud, false or misleading information, illegal activities or abuse. HelpMyCar may block accounts in case of misuse.

9. COMPLAINTS

Customers can submit complaints through the app or customer support. HelpMyCar may investigate and take appropriate measures if necessary.

10. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

HelpMyCar aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. PRIVACY

The use of personal data is governed by the HelpMyCar Privacy Policy.

12. CHANGES

HelpMyCar may change these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published through the app and/or website.

13. APPLICABLE LAW

Belgian law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
