3. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTNER
The partner is an independent service provider and is fully responsible for business activities, permits, insurance, taxes, social contributions, employees, vehicles, materials and legal obligations.
4. INSURANCE
The partner must maintain all legally required insurance during the entire cooperation with HelpMyCar.
5. DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER VEHICLES
Any damage to a vehicle, property or person during a job is exclusively the responsibility of the relevant partner.
6. VEHICLES AND MATERIALS
The partner is responsible for safe, suitable and legally compliant vehicles and materials, including maintenance, inspections, repairs and safety.
7. DOCUMENTS AND PERMITS
The partner must provide valid documents on request, including company/VAT number, insurance documents, driving licence and any permits. HelpMyCar may suspend an account if documents are missing, expired or incorrect.
8. COMMISSION AND PAYOUTS
For each successfully completed job, HelpMyCar receives a commission as stated on the platform. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect or another provider chosen by HelpMyCar.
